Charter sucks.
It is impossible to call Charter tech support and complete the call in less than 30 minutes.
It is impossible for anyone to pay the same price. You can get a gymnasium full of people together all with the same cable package. I’d be willing to wager that none of them pay the same price for it.
What part of “cheaper package” do they not understand? Twice, I repeat, TWICE I told the guy I’m only interested in their new “deal” if it makes my monthly rate lower. After holding for 5 minutes he comes back with a great deal for me. A bunch of channels I’d never watch and 10 more megagigaloggabites of something band of internet for the low, low price of $10 dollars MORE than I’m paying already…Again, is “cheaper” a hard word to understand?
And it’ll never get any better because they are the monopolist of all things media around these parts…
